MY APPROACH
Understanding the whole person.
Established psychotherapeutic traditions meet contemporary, evidence-informed counseling.
Looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person.
My work is grounded in the classical traditions of psychotherapy, especially Adlerian Individual Psychology, and informed by contemporary clinical research. I draw thoughtfully from multiple counseling approaches rather than assuming one method fits everyone. Together, we consider life experiences, relationships, personal beliefs, strengths, and goals to shape compassionate, practical, trauma-informed treatment.

Treatment begins with listening carefully, developing a shared understanding of the concerns bringing you to counseling, and identifying goals that matter to you. My orientation incorporates Adlerian perspectives on relationships, lifestyle, meaning, and patterns of thought alongside other clinically appropriate approaches.
